The new creative co-working space
Welcome to the DAC. A new creative co-working space in East London on site of the largest film studios in London. A fully secured location with 24hr security and access, free WiFi, studio spaces, board room, a lobby and a separate in house diner, opposite a tube station and with parking*- , offering a home for creative entrepreneurs. With excellent facilities, whether you are a photographer, designer, film maker, musician or providing services to the creative sector, you will feel right at home at the DAC. .
All of our excellent services are for our DAC members and their clients only and not available to the general public, meaning we maintain a high level of security and service.

Fixed desk space from £250 pm
We offer fixed desk spaces in a spacious environment with lots of facilities for you to work and grow!
Cube spaces from £450 pm
We have open access cube spaces for 2-3 desks and a great way to balance privacy without feeling left out of all the buzz.
Private offices - Contact us!
We also have private offices from 2-3 desks and more. This ie great if you prefer a greater degree of privacy.
